Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using AIPA ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIPA is a voice-first AI assistant that connects to your messaging platforms (Slack, Discord, Gmail) and external tools via MCP. It reads your channels, provides voice briefings, drafts replies, and can send messages on your behalf when you approve them.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all messages sent through AIPA, whether drafted by the AI or written by you.
• You are responsible for the security of your API keys and platform tokens.
• You must comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (Slack, Discord, Google, etc.).
• You must not use AIPA to send spam, harassment, or any content that violates platform policies.
• If you enable auto-reply mode, you accept responsibility for messages sent automatically by your agent.

4. AIPA Personal (Impersonation Mode)

AIPA Personal sends messages using your personal identity. Other users in your workspace will see messages as coming from you. By enabling this mode:

• You acknowledge that you are authorizing AI to communicate as you.
• You accept full responsibility for all messages sent in your name.
• You agree to use this feature in accordance with your organization's policies.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

6. API Keys and Costs

AIPA uses your own API keys for LLM services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). You are responsible for all costs incurred through these API calls. AIPA does not control pricing or usage limits of third-party APIs.

7. Disclaimers

• AIPA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• AI-generated content may contain errors. Always review before sending to critical channels.
• We are not responsible for messages sent through auto-reply mode.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using AIPA at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
